A tutor who takes your thinking seriously.

James Mulcahy is a JD student and personal tutor who works with students seeking a more disciplined, understandable approach to difficult academic work.

His current focus is one-to-one law-school tutoring: legal reasoning, legal writing, issue spotting, timed essays, and the study systems that support them. The aim is not to hand students an answer. It is to help them understand the work well enough to do it themselves.

James holds a Master of Legal Studies and brings a background in communications, writing, and analytical problem-solving to each session.
